THIS IS MY VILLAIN
This is my villain and he is a magical mad scientist. Do YOU want your character magically mongled? Do you have hopes and dreams? While I cannot accommodate everyone I will try to bother multiple people in as personalized way as I can. Preference will be towards children/teens/naive dumbasses because those sorts are the type this man targets in general.

For some rough ideas of his capabilities, here's some evil shit he's done.
Turned children into vore monsters with magic powers!
Turn people into magical batteries its fine this is fine.
Wipe/suppress memories.
Install trigger words that will make your character have a panic attack its fine.
Create magical wards that can keep out demo--wait i need to check with ash on that one still working it occurs to me that one has complications in demon sheep world.
Power sharing!
Turned a phoenix into his son and also a firewall.
Magic tattoos! Neato!
Most of these things if done in Sheep Game will be temporary and with consequence. If he helps you get powers it will be temporary and fuck you over somehow! My man is here to hurt and not help. If you have ideas beyond any listed here that's awesome and I still want to hear them. Even if my guy can't accomplish the thing perhaps a future weed of mine possibly could and I'll keep you in mind.
SPECIAL NOTE!
I FULLY INTEND ON THIS FUCKER EATING SHIT HARD AND FAST. He is not a fighter and will be easy to kill without a cool boss fight apologies in advance. Yall gonna hafta RNG or decide amongst yourselves who takes him out.
GENERAL OBSERVATION NOTES FOR PEOPLE:
He is human! But odd!
He has magic, but it's a medium sized mana pool so to speak. He's very precise in execution so he makes good use of what he has.
He can notice if YOU'RE magic/not human/etc.
Can be handwaved being seen around observing nature, doing drawings, how calm and chill and normal.
